Because of pollution, stress, chemical treatments, and our way of life, scalp and hair problems are pretty frequent these days. As a result, hair loss, thinning, and an overly greasy scalp are all issues that most of us will have to deal with. An oily scalp, in turn, can cause itching, dandruff, and a slew of other issues. . And, with winter on the way, it’s more crucial than ever to look after your scalp—or you’ll end up with even more hair problems.
How can you get rid of the oily scalp:
- Make a hair mask with 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon coconut oil and a few drops of lemon. Apply it on the skin for 20-25 minutes once a week.
- Add 2 s of squeezed lemon to a cup of water. Massage scalp with this mixture applies it on hair also.
- You can use baking soda for the treatment of oily scalp. Mix water and baking soda until it becomes a mask. Apply it for 25 minutes. Wash it off after the required time.
- First of all shampoo your hair 2-3 times a week (Dilute your shampoo in water after that apply it on the scalp).
- Don’t conditioner your’s scalp. Always apply it on tip of the hair.( must 2 inches away from the scalp)
- Avoid oily food if you are suffering oily scalp problems.
- Heat tools are very harmful to those who have an oily scalp so avoid to do straightening your hair.
- Using a brush for oily skin can cause accumulated bacteria and dirt on the brush so clean your brushes on daily basis.
- Make a mask with a tablespoon of baking soda with 8 tablespoons of yogurt, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice don’t forget to add egg white in the mixture. Mix until making a smooth paste. Apply this for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes wash your hair.
- Mash 15 strawberries. Add the paste in the yogurt. Apply this on your hair and wash it off after 30 minutes.
Aloe vera can help us to get rid of oil from your scalp. Extract aloe vera from its leaf grand aloe vera with a few drops of lemon
